Endowing a Scholarship:
Endowed scholarships are those that are funded annually by the earnings of a gift that is preserved and invested by the UCF Foundation. Generally, a donation of $25,000-50,000 is required to establish an endowed scholarship and may be made in installments over a maximum of five years. Depending on the criteria that a donor would like to include, the minimum level varies. As the endowment grows, the number of students impacted will also increase.
We have reaches our minimum goal of $25,000.
Together, we can sponsor 2-3 nursing scholarships for deserving UCF Knights in Gabby's honor.
Each year as Scholarship donors, we are invited to attend the UCF College of Nursing Scholarship Luncheon held annually in the spring. This luncheon recognizes the generosity of donors and is an opportunity for us to meet the student(s) who have benefited from the Gabby Diomede Memorial Endowment Scholarship
